We encourage you to book your appointment online at www.willowandroots.com. Since we are a small salon, this is the fastest way to grab your appointment. If you have any troubles, contact your stylist for help. You can also add yourself to the waitlist online, if you have trouble finding an appointment that works with your schedule. You will be notified first when an appointment opens up.
A credit card must be put on file at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel at the last minute or don't show up for your appointment (see cancellation/ no show policy).
All forms must be completed prior to appointment time.
As a courtesy, a confirmation text will be sent to you 72 hours prior to your appointment. We require a 48 hour notice for any schedule changes or cancellations. If you cancel or change your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, 50% of the service will be charged. If this happens multiple times, it is up to the stylists discretion to increase the cancellation fee (up to 100%), require a deposit before scheduling, or refuse future service. Our cancellation policy helps guarantee everyone has a fair shot at getting an appointment. Thank you for understanding.
If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service. It is up to the stylists discretion if you will be allowed to reschedule. Please give us 48 hours notice!
Please inform your stylist if you know you are going to be late. We will try to accommodate you as best as possible. However, if you are later than 15 minutes past the scheduled time, your stylist has the right to refuse service and charge 100% of the service. Please understand that to accommodate late guests, the service may need to be altered to save time.
All pricing is based on time needed and product used to perform each service. Pricing is subject to increase if additional time or product is needed to accommodate your particular hair needs. If you have any questions on specific pricing, please contact your stylist prior to your appointment.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American express, Discover, and cash.
We do not offer refunds on hair services. However, we want you to be happy and satisfied with your services. Therefore, we do ask that you call us within 14 days of your service(s) for any changes that you may require. We are happy for the opportunity to make things right for you.
It is important to us that you have the correct hair care products for your use at home. We want you to have exactly what works for you. Returns and exchanges are accepted on all hair care products within 7 days with the proof of purchase. Returns will be for store credit only. Product must be at least 3/4 full to be considered for a return/exchange.
Clothing and Jewlry:
We cannot be liable for any loss or damages to personal items such as clothes, jewlry, and accessories.
Children Safety Policy:
With the utmost respect to the parents, for safety reasons and insurance purposes, We encourage parents to visit the salon without their children unless the child has an appointment. We do not have the facilities to care for children and even the best behaved children are subject to elements of danger in the salon environment (sharp scissors, hot irons, chemicals, glass shelves, etc.). We love children and understand that this can be a sensitive issue and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our other guests.
