Specializing in XO hair extensions and color transformations utilizing Joico haircolor and products, we offer a personalized experience tailored to each client's unique style. While we're primarily a one-woman show, our cozy space is shared with our friend Sarah Rose, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Relax and indulge with complimentary soft drinks, water, select alcoholic beverages, and light snacks while enjoying our free WiFi. Tierra Jade, the owner and master stylist at Willow and Roots Salon, brings over a decade of expertise to her craft, having started her journey in hairstyling in 2010. Tierra is not just a hairstylist but also a Joico Brand Educator, sharing her profound knowledge of Joico products and techniques with fellow stylists. Tierra, originally from Minnesota, relocated to California at the age of 21 to support her high school sweetheart's military career. After two years in California, they settled in Allen, Texas, where they now call home with their 4 dogs. When not transforming hair, Tierra can be found cheering on her Minnesota Vikings or enjoying a round of disc golf with friends. Join Tierra at Willow and Roots Salon for more than just a haircut—an experience filled with warmth, expertise, and a touch of Minnesota charm.

Meet Sarah Rose, my incredible suite mate and dearest friend! If you visit our salon, you'll certainly meet Sarah, who brings her warmth and charm to every encounter. Since 2017, when our paths first crossed at our previous salon, our friendship has flourished, leading us to open our own suite in 2020. Working side by side with your best friend is truly magical; we share a passion for our crafts and a commitment to creating a welcoming space where laughter and friendship abound.
